Specializing in Comfort Sugaring™, organic airbrush spray tanning and vegan facials; Sugar Sugar™ is committed to changing both the client expectation and the employee career outlook. Sugar Sugar™ is a modern, all natural spa setting for professional men and women.What We Need:
A "Skin Nerd"! The person in esthetics school who stayed after class, loves the beauty industry, and understands skin. An Esthetician who is eager to be trained and can create a fun and creative way to service our clients. Someone that is looking to do things differently and is in love with natural esthetics. If you are a hard-working professional, that is looking for your new esthetics family we look forward to speaking with you.What You Will Do:
- Provide comfort body sugaring, spray tan services, brow science and tinting, and facial services to our clients.
- Operate studio salon systems for appointment payment(s), scheduling appointments, client records, price look-up, etc…
- Educate clients on post sugar, facial and spray tanning treatments.
- Assist clients with skin solutions and recommendations for daily successful daily and weekly rountines to promote quality skin care.
- Understand Maryland state and shop sanitation protocols necessary for a safe and clean environment.
- Complete in-room services - sugaring, tans, and facials to guest.
- Complete out-of-room service(s) - Answer phones, greet & check in guest, schedule appointments, maintain store cleanliness and appearance.
- Actively fill in your clientele on promotions and membership pricing.
- Meet and exceed store goals set by management.
- Must be able to work weekends!
- Work smart, efficiently, and professionally.
Qualifications:
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build lasting client relationships.
- Previous experience with body waxing and/or sugaring and facial services.
- Working knowledge of Apple computers/tablets (preferred)
- Pervious experience in retail sales with a focus on beauty and skincare.
- Advocate of continued education and growth
- Self motivated problem solver.
- Strong client relationship building skills
- Dependable and reliable!
