What We're Looking For We're searching for someone who is: Passionate about skincare and helping clients achieve healthy, confident skin Positive, energetic, and team-oriented Self-motivated with a strong work ethic Driven to grow both personally and professionally Dedicated to providing an elevated guest experience Comfortable building long-term client relationships and maintaining high retention Excited to participate in ongoing education and advanced training Preferred Qualifications Current Maryland Esthetician License HydraFacial Certified Face Reality Acne Specialist Certified (Education can be provided) Experience with NuFree hair removal and/or Berodin hard wax systems Experience performing customized facials, corrective treatments, chemical peels, dermaplaning, LED therapy, and advanced skincare services Excellent consultation and home-care recommendation skills Retail sales confidence with a focus on educating clients, not selling to them Strong communication and organizational skills Responsibilities Perform customized facial treatments and advanced skincare services Conduct thorough skin analyses and develop personalized treatment plans Recommend professional home-care products and treatment plans Maintain accurate client records and treatment notes Uphold the highest sanitation and safety standards Build and maintain a loyal clientele through exceptional service Collaborate with our salon and spa team to create an outstanding guest experience Participate in team meetings, education, and promotional events Meet personal performance goals while contributing to overall team success What We Offer We believe exceptional professionals deserve exceptional support.
