Manage medical records accurately using EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems while ensuring confidentiality. Assist in retail sales by recommending appropriate skincare products and treatments to enhance client results. Follow all state licensing requirements and health regulations to uphold the highest standards of professionalism and safety. Skills Experience with advanced esthetic procedures. Strong customer service skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships through active listening and personalized care. Knowledge of sanitation practices, infection control procedures, and safety protocols essential for esthetic services. Familiarity with EMR systems for efficient record keeping and appointment management. Excellent communication skills for educating clients about skincare options and product sales.
