Aesthetic Injector & Laser Specialist Reports To:
Medical Director /Practice Manager Classification:
Non-Exempt ADORO Medical Spa, a prestigious aesthetic practice in Severna Park, MD is looking for an experienced aesthetic PA, Nurse Practitioner or RN who is proficient in skin rejuvenation, BBL, lasers, etc., is an injectables artist, highly professional and polished, interested in full-time or part-time for the position of Cosmetic Injector and Aesthetic Laser Provider to meet the growing demands of our practice. We are a center of excellence looking for the right aesthetic professional to join our team.Job Summary:
Looking for an experienced Registered Nurse, Physician's Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our center of excellence to assume a busy practice and grow that practice. Aesthetic procedures will include neurotoxins and filler injections, and the full suite of skin rejuvenation treatments such as lasers (Tribrid, Halo, Moxi), radiofrequency, photo-rejuvenation, micro-needling with or without growth factors, and others.Essential Functions:
- Works with all Medical Spa team members to ensure the growth of the business and the integrity of the Medical Spa vision.
- Perform cosmetic injectable treatments and other aesthetic services (Thermage, BBL, lasers) as indicated by the medical director and allowed by state regulation.
- Provide comprehensive and customized consults, treatments, and follow-ups on medical aesthetic services within the medspa's offerings and scope of licensing
- Promote a professional and welcoming atmosphere that enhances the quality of service and care offered to clients.
- Have a thorough working knowledge of all medical protocols, standard operating procedures, and policies that pertain to your department. Participate in updating protocols as needed.
- Ensure that all clients receive exceptional service and have a comfortable and pleasant experience.
- Create a professional relationship with the clients using good verbal and non-verbal communication. Promote return visits.
- Develop a dialogue with the clients regarding their expectations of the service, and provide a simple yet informative narrative of each procedure within the service whenever appropriate.
- Review all new client intake forms, document client treatments and plans of care, and file appropriate records.
- Commit to achieving the established sales goals provided by your supervisor.
- Continually work on your personal sales skills, including building instant rapport, client needs assessment, feature and benefits presentation, overcoming objections, and closing.
- Build client partnerships by appropriately matching client needs to the various services and products offered and clearly educating the client on how they will receive the most benefit.
- Learn all current promotions and offer them to new and existing clients to stimulate sales during the promotional period.
- Operate all equipment in a safe manner. Maintain each piece of equipment to high standards.
- Maintain a neat and orderly work area at all times.
- Perform inventory and equipment maintenance responsibilities as requested.
- Participates in meetings, seminars, promotional events, training and other business events as scheduled.
- Continuing education in your field or a related field is highly recommended and considered an essential element in the evaluation of your professional knowledge.

Education/Training:
Degree:
High School Diploma or EquivalentExperience:
Three years prior related experience requiredCertification/Licenses:
Certification from an approved school and an active state license.- Current and clear Registered Nurse, Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner license
