The ideal candidate will have a strong background in body sculpting and skincare with a commitment to providing exceptional client care. This role involves performing various esthetic services while maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. The Esthetician will also learn about and aid in the promotion of our holistic skincare and wellness products. Duties Provide a range of esthetic services, including the 60-90 minute body Tox technique and the 45 minute sculpting facial technique. Clean tools and workstations according to industry standards to ensure client safety and hygiene. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate treatments. Stay updated on The Tox products, including their ingredients and intended use. Assist with studio cleanliness. Engage with clients to ensure repeat business. Maintain a professional demeanor while fostering positive relationships with clients. Requirements Valid esthetician license as required by state regulations. Experience in a spa or salon environment is preferred but not mandatory. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members. Knowledge of holistic skincare products, techniques, and trends. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A passion for the beauty industry and commitment to ongoing professional development. Weekend availability required. Join our team as we continue to grow The Tox in Michigan!
