CLEO is founded and backed by an iconic team of operators that have built multiple fast growing consumer-retail businesses from founding to IPO. We opened our first two locations in July and August of this year in Edina and Maple Grove.
About The Role:
As a CLEO Advanced Esthetician and Laser Technician, you will provide services specializing laser skin rejuvenation, laser hair removal, laser tattoo removal and RF Microneedling. This is a unique opportunity to join a hypergrowth business and grow your skills using the most premier and advanced energy based devices in the industry. Who You Are:
Must have the following certifications: Active Esthetician/APE License, Laser Certification A minimum of 2+ years of experience operating cosmetic lasers (Candela laser experience preferred) inclusive of but not limited to: Laser Hair Removal, Laser Tattoo Removal, Laser Skin Rejuvenation Comfortable with sales and building clientele through consultations and complimentary service offerings You have a team-first mentality and excellent communication skills that allow you to work collaboratively with your peers and leaders in the organization
What You'll Own:
Servicing a robust new & recurring book of business Building & retaining clients by delivering a CLEO branded service experience Adhering to company protocols for laser and energy based treatments Studio cleanliness World class hospitality and customer service inside of our studios
