REQUIREMENTS

Active Michigan Esthetician or Cosmetology License required No prior experience required — on-the-job training is provided Must have Wednesday-Friday availability + 2 Saturdays per month Comfortable with flexible scheduling and varying shift start/end times

SCHEDULE

This position averages approximately 24-35 hours per week depending on business needs. Shift start times may vary throughout the week and can begin in the morning (8:30 AM), late morning (11:30 AM), or afternoon (2:30 PM). Most late morning shifts and all afternoon shifts extend until 9 PM or 10 PM depending on business hours. We are closed on Sundays.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide exceptional customer service in a welcoming and professional environment Perform beauty services including: lash lift & tint, brow lamination, brow tint & wax, custom airbrush spray tans, teeth whitening, permanent jewelry, and ear piercing Maintain salon cleanliness, sanitation, and organization Manage appointments and client records using Boulevard Create a minimum of 2 social media (Instagram or TikTok) posts per month and regularly engage with the business's social media pages Support retail sales initiatives Collaborate with team members to create an outstanding client experience

$22.00 - $35.00 per hour Application Question(s): This role requires flexible scheduling, including mornings, evenings, 2 Saturdays per month, and varying shift times throughout the week. Employees may work morning shifts on some days and evening shifts on others, although we do our best to keep schedules as consistent as possible. Adjustments may occasionally occur to accommodate employee vacations. Are you comfortable with this type of schedule? Please share any scheduling limitations. This role can be fast-paced and requires multitasking, adaptability, and strong client interaction skills. Are you comfortable working in this type of environment? Are you comfortable performing ear piercing services and learning additional beauty services outside of traditional esthetics or cosmetology training?
