Duties Perform a variety of esthetic laser treatments including hair removal, skin rejuvenation, and other advanced procedures with precision and safety. Conduct thorough client consultations to assess skin conditions, recommend suitable treatments, and develop personalized skincare plans. Deliver professional services such as body waxing, dermabrasion, eyelash extensions, makeup application, nail care, and deep tissue massage to enhance overall client satisfaction. Educate clients on skincare routines, product usage, and post-treatment care to maximize results and foster ongoing relationships. Maintain strict sanitation and safety protocols to ensure a clean environment that adheres to health regulations. Provide engaging product demonstrations and retail sales support to promote skincare lines and treatment packages. Assist with scheduling appointments, managing client records, and ensuring a seamless experience from check-in to check-out. Skills Proven experience in esthetic laser treatments with a strong understanding of safety procedures. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and empathetically. Strong sanitation practices to maintain a hygienic treatment environment. Effective communication skills for client consultations and team collaboration. Ability to perform product demos confidently while promoting retail sales opportunities. Familiarity with cosmetology licensing requirements and ongoing education in esthetic treatments.
