Job Description
Welcome clients and provide an exceptional guest experience from consultation through treatment. Perform thorough skin consultations and recommend individualized treatment plans based on each client's skin concerns and goals. Educate clients on available services, treatment options, and medical-grade skincare products. Recommend and sell retail skincare products and treatment packages to support client results and achieve sales goals. Promote client retention through rebooking, follow-up communication, and ongoing treatment planning. Perform professional skincare services, including facials, chemical peels, dermaplaning, microneedling, Hydrafacial, and other esthetic treatments within scope of practice. Perform and assist with body contouring services, including CoolSculpting and other non-invasive body treatments as trained and assigned. Collaborate with physicians, nurse injectors, and other medical providers to deliver comprehensive treatment plans and exceptional patient care. Maintain accurate client documentation and treatment records in the electronic medical record system. Follow all infection control, sanitation, OSHA, and safety protocols to ensure a safe treatment environment. Maintain treatment rooms, equipment, and product inventory to company standards. Stay current on industry trends, new treatment technologies, and medical-grade skincare products through ongoing education and training. Participate in marketing initiatives, client events, and practice promotions as requested. Represent the practice professionally while delivering outstanding customer service and building long-term client relationships.
