We are looking for a passionate licensed esthetician to join our team part-time. This is the perfect opportunity for someone's who's passionate about acne, wants to make a big change in client's skin and focus on corrective facials, continue education, and is excited to grow within a supportive, education-focused spa environment. Position Details Part-time W-2 employee Tuesdays, Saturdays, and every other Friday $15 per hour when not in service / $30 per hour when in service 100% of tips 10% retail commission Located in Downtown Walled Lake, Michigan Responsibilities Perform customized facials and acne treatments Educate clients on skincare and lifestyle pertaining to acne Recommend professional skincare products Design a treatment plan to clear acne Maintain treatment room cleanliness and sanitation Complete opening and closing duties Assist with spa laundry, daily upkeep Occasionally assist with behind-the-scenes business tasks including skincare order fulfillment, content creation, social media assistance, and supporting the growth of SartiSkincare Deliver a luxury client experience from start to finish Build trusting relationships with clients Build and maintain strong client relationships with our current client's while contributing to personal clientele growth through marketing, social media presence, and client retention Qualifications Current Michigan Esthetician License 1+ years experience preferred but not required for the right person Passion for skincare and acne-focused treatments Professional, dependable, and positive attitude Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to multitask and work independently Willingness to learn and grow within the company Some prior acne education preferred but not required, you will be trained Why You'll Love Working Here Hands-on acne education and skincare training Established clientele Small team Supportive and uplifting team Opportunity for long-term growth Employee discounts on skincare and services Beautiful spa setting Founded by licensed esthetician and acne specialist Sophia Sarti, The Face Place focuses on helping clients feel confident in their skin through customized treatments and real results.
