Duties:

We require a highly trained professional who excels in structure, professionalism, dependability, and cleanliness. All duties must be performed in strict adherence to state licensing regulations and OSHA safety standards, ensuring a safe, hygienic, and impeccably organized environment for both clients and staff. Set up and maintain your designated spa station or treatment area, ensuring all equipment and materials meet rigorous cleanliness and safety protocols as mandated by state and OSHA standards. Perform treatments such as esthetic laser therapy, body waxing, dermabrasion, eyelash extensions, makeup application, nail care, and deep tissue massage with professionalism and precision. Uphold the highest level of sanitation and cleanliness at all times, proactively addressing potential hazards and maintaining detailed records in alignment with industry and legal requirements. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and offering personalized recommendations. Conduct product demos and educate clients on skincare or beauty products to enhance their experience and support retail sales. Demonstrate dependability by managing appointments with precision, ensuring timely service delivery, and upholding a consistently professional and welcoming demeanor. Commit to ongoing professional development and continuing education, remaining current with industry advancements and compliance requirements.
