Job Description
We are hiring a Licensed Advanced Practice Esthetician to join our established clinical spa team in the Baxter area. You will perform high-level skincare treatments, build customized client treatment plans, and drive retail sales in a supportive environment.

Typically, Monday - Friday with Some Nights and Weekends About the Role As a member of our skin expert team, you will aid in elevating the guest experience by delivering targeted, results-driven esthetic services. You will thrive in this role if you are passionate about skin health, building lasting client relationships, and are a team player.Key Responsibilities Perform Advanced Treatments:
Execute expert services including chemical peels, dermaplaning, advanced facials (e.g., HydraFacial and Geneo) microneedling/PRP, and laser therapies including laser hair reduction, IPL/BBL and laser resurfacing.Consultations & Education:
Analyze skin conditions, prescribe at-home regimens, and educate clients on their ongoing skincare journeys.Sales & Retention:
Establish retail sales goals and develop high retention rates.Sanitation & Compliance:
Maintain top-tier cleanliness, sanitation, and MN Board of Cosmetology compliance standards.Team Player:
Foster a positive, collaborative medical spa environment. Qualifications Active Minnesota Advanced Practice Esthetician License. 1-3+ years of hands-on experience in a med-spa, clinical, or luxury spa setting is preferred. Strong technical skills across multiple advanced modalities. Excellent communication skills with a proven track record of retail sales.
