Esthetician / Front Desk Associate

Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as an Esthetician / Front Desk Specialist. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all.

Responsibilities:

• Perform skilled esthetic services.
• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Register guests.
• Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or staff member.
• Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and appointments.
• Knowledge of aesthetic treatments and skin care products.
• Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and other tasks.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in customer service at a MED SPA or

SIMILAR REQUIRED.

• Current MN esthetician license.
• Continuing education completion for license and clinical procedures.
• Strong computer literacy skills and social media (Instagram) preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Professional phone etiquette.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling guest information.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of medical office procedures is necessary.
