In this role, you will deliver customized, results-driven treatments focused on acne, skin revision, and long-term skin health while also creating a calming, intentional client experience. This is a unique opportunity for someone who values both clinical results and the art of treatment experience. We are not a high-volume medspa—we are a private, appointment-based studio focused on transformation, education, and personalized care. Facial massage, client connection, and attention to detail are essential parts of every service. This position is ideal for someone who is coachable, eager to learn, and excited to be fully trained in advanced techniques, treatment philosophy, and client experience standards. We value mindset, compassion, and willingness to grow over years of experience. We are willing to fully train the right person in our treatment philosophy and protocols. Duties Perform customized advanced esthetic treatments focused on acne, skin revision, and barrier repair based on individual client needs.
Incorporate intentional facial massage and relaxation techniques as a core part of every treatment experience.
Educate clients on skincare routines, product use, and long-term maintenance to support treatment results.
Recommend and sell professional skincare products based on client goals and treatment plans.
Maintain strict sanitation and cleanliness standards to ensure a safe and professional treatment environment.
Document client treatments, progress, and skin changes accurately in client records.
Assist in client retention through thoughtful follow-ups, rebooking, and relationship-building.
Maintain a calm, welcoming, and detail-oriented treatment experience from start to finish. Experience Active Minnesota Esthetician License required.
We are open to both newer and developing estheticians who are coachable, eager to learn, and passionate about skin health and client care. We value mindset, compassion, and willingness to be trained over years of experience in advanced techniques. Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate clients in a warm, professional, and supportive way.
Comfortable recommending and retailing skincare products based on individual client needs.
Strong attention to detail, sanitation practices, and professionalism in a private studio setting.
Ability to work independently in a small, intimate treatment suite environment while maintaining high client experience standards.
Passion for long-term client relationships, skincare education, and continued professional growth.
