Duties Perform a range of esthetic services including facials, body waxing, and skin treatments tailored to individual client needs. Utilize salon software to manage appointments, maintain client records, and track service history. Provide excellent customer service by effectively communicating with clients about their skincare goals and recommending appropriate treatments. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all health and safety regulations. Stay updated on the latest trends in skincare and beauty treatments to provide clients with the best options available. Assist in promoting salon services and products to enhance guest experiences and satisfaction. Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless guest services and maintain high standards of hospitality. Qualifications Valid esthetician license as required by state regulations. Previous experience in a salon or spa setting is preferred; familiarity with hair styling or barbering is a plus. Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively manage client relationships. Knowledge of body waxing techniques and straight razor shaving is advantageous. Proficient in using salon software for scheduling and client management. A commitment to providing exceptional guest services while maintaining professionalism at all times.
