The aesthetician must have a working knowledge of the aesthetics industry and have great communication skills. Being able to evaluate a guest's needs and create a customized treatment plan, including in-practice services as well as at-home medical-grade skin care products. Esty Job Description We are seeking a dynamic and professional Medical Esthetician with at least 3 years of recent, relevant experience in a treatment room. As an esthetician, you will provide stellar customer service and a warm, welcoming demeanor. You will deliver medical spa treatments in accordance with protocols, ensuring each guest has the ultimate med spa experience. Our ideal candidates have a flair for communication and the ability to help clients look good and feel great. Ultimately, you will project a professional self-image, master your craft, and ensure our visitors are satisfied. Responsibilities

• Ability to perform all facial and body treatments offered on the menu according to protocols and rituals
• Interacts cooperatively with other team members to provide a seamless guest experience
• Discovers guests' needs and makes appropriate treatment and home care recommendations
• Presents a warm, gracious, and professional persona toward guests and co-workers
• Adheres to a high professional image standard, such as dress, appearance, language, and lifestyle
• Practices the highest standard of sanitation, neatness, and visual presentation
• Actively builds repeat clientele
• Attends and participates in all general and team meetings
• Assists with laundry and cleaning
• Maintains treatment suite inventory and other organizational tasks
• Attends all in-house training and commits to outside continuing education
• Attends team meetings
• Open to coaching, roleplaying, and improvements to perfect skills
• Participates in all aspects of marketing/special events planning and execution
• When asked, evaluates potential new team members for various positions
• Assists new team members
• Completes daily checklist of cleaning obligations and abides by all county, state, and local laws and regulations regarding sanitation, cleanliness, and safety
• Adheres to work schedule and has good work ethics
• Is a team player and assists others
• Maintains a positive and professional attitude
• Sets and achieves goals and targets Skills
• Valid aesthetic license
• 3+ years of recent and relevant experience
• Specialized skills and knowledge of facial protocols, and advanced esthetic training
• Guest service-oriented with the ability to deliver the ultimate experience
• Ability to follow protocols and directions
• Passion for continuing education
