Job Description
Esthetician Restore Hyper Wellness - Kansas City Restore is seeking a licensed esthetician to support our team as the lead esthetician. We are looking for someone with an entrepreneurial spirit to join our team of wellness professionals. If you have a passion for helping people look and feel their best, we want to meet you. As a Restore esthetician, you'll work with clients on achieving their skin health goals and introduce them to our innovative wellness modalities that can enhance the esthetic services you provide. Key Responsibilities Perform esthetic services (Hydrafacial, chemical peels, advanced facials, Cryo therapy, etc.) Conduct client consultations and create custom skincare plans Recommend and sell professional skincare products Meet monthly sales goals and contribute to team revenue goals Train and mentor new hires Manage treatment room inventory and skincare product stock Maintain a professional, client-centered environment Maintain a flexible schedule , including evenings and weekends Qualifications Valid Missouri Advanced Esthetic License Experience in microneedling, peels, and advanced facials treatments including cryotherapy (neveskin).
