We're looking for a Licensed Esthetician who is passionate about skin health, client experience, and delivering incredible facials in a calm, professional environment. Whether you're an experienced esthetician or a new graduate ready to grow , we provide training and ongoing support to help you succeed and build a long-term career in skincare. What You'll Do Perform customized facial treatments based on skin type and goals Conduct thorough skin analysis and client consultations Create personalized treatment plans for long-term skin health Deliver services such as deep cleansing, exfoliation, microdermabrasion, and advanced facial techniques Educate clients on skincare routines and post-treatment care Maintain detailed client notes and treatment records Build strong client relationships to encourage repeat visits and referrals Create a relaxing, welcoming, and professional treatment environment Required Qualifications Valid Esthetician License from an accredited program Strong communication and client care skills Passion for skincare, wellness, and delivering great results Availability for weekdays and some evenings/weekends Experience Level Experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply Paid training and hands-on development provided Pay & Perks $15.25/hour base pay + commission & performance incentives Typical earnings range: $27-$31/hour Complimentary facials and service discounts Supportive, low-pressure work environment (no retail sales) Ongoing training and career growth opportunities
