Responsibilities Perform a wide range of skincare treatments including facials, dermabrasion, and esthetic laser treatments to meet individual client needs. Conduct body waxing, eyelash extensions, makeup application, and nail care services with precision and care. Educate clients on skincare routines, product benefits, and conduct product demos to promote retail sales. Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by thoroughly cleaning treatment areas and sterilizing equipment after each service. Provide excellent customer service by listening attentively to client concerns, answering questions clearly, and ensuring a positive experience. Assist with retail product recommendations and sales to enhance client results and support business growth. Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, techniques, and certifications to continually improve your skills. Skills Proficiency in esthetic laser treatments, dermabrasion, and other advanced skincare procedures. Strong communication skills to effectively educate clients and promote services confidently. Expertise in body waxing, eyelash extensions, makeup application, and nail care. Knowledge of sanitation protocols to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff. Experience in retail sales with the ability to demonstrate products effectively. Ability to perform deep tissue massage and other relaxation therapies that complement aesthetic treatments.
