Founded by Dr. Emily McLean, TEC is built around a simple belief: patients deserve unhurried, relationship-based care. We offer medical, cosmetic, and surgical dermatology in a setting that prioritizes the full picture of a patient's skin health. We are looking for an experienced, collaborative aesthetician who is passionate about skin health, patient relationships, and delivering results-driven treatments. You will build and manage your own client schedule within TEC, working alongside Dr. McLean and our broader care team in a physician-led environment that takes skin seriously. We operate as a lean, highly collaborative team. Every team member contributes meaningfully to the patient experience and to the growth of the practice. This is a unique opportunity to be part of something from the beginning and help shape its culture. What You'll Do Build and maintain your own client base within TEC's schedule Perform customized facials, chemical peels, and results-driven skincare treatments Conduct thorough skin consultations and develop personalized treatment plans Recommend and retail medical-grade skincare products appropriate to each patient's needs Collaborate with Dr. McLean on pre- and post-procedure skincare protocols Contribute to TEC's aesthetic service development as the practice grows — including potential laser services in the future Support TEC's social media presence — before/after content (with consent), skincare education, and engagement Help maintain the look, feel, and voice of the TEC brand across all touchpoints What We're Looking For Current NC aesthetician license — required 3+ years of aesthetician experience in a clinical or medical spa setting preferred Strong knowledge of skin physiology and ingredient science Experienced with chemical peels; comfort with medical-grade protocols a plus Warm, professional, and skilled at building lasting patient relationships Detail-oriented and results-focused — you care about outcomes, not just experiences Comfortable in a physician-led environment with clinical standards and expectations Interest in laser aesthetics a plus — TEC plans to expand into laser services Social media savvy and comfortable creating content that reflects the TEC brand Compensation & Details Base hourly rate plus commission on services performed; compensation structure discussed individually Full-time and part-time arrangements considered; schedule flexible and tailored to the right candidate On-site, Eastover neighborhood, Charlotte NC Benefits are not offered at this time Start date: July 2026, aligned with clinic opening How to Apply Send a resume and a brief note about your background and interest in TEC to .
