Job Description We are seeking an experienced, passionate, and results-driven Licensed Esthetician to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a skilled practitioner who wants the professional autonomy of growing their own beauty business within a high-end, clinically backed medical wellness facility. Because this role is commission-based, your earning potential is entirely uncapped. We provide a luxury treatment room, premium back-end support, and a steady stream of clinic-wide marketing—you bring the skincare expertise, laser proficiency, and the drive.

Key Responsibilities Skin Assessments & Treatments:

Conduct thorough skin analyses and perform advanced, results-oriented facials, chemical peels, and clinical skin rejuvenation treatments.

Laser Modalities:

Safely and effectively operate aesthetic laser and light-based devices for treatments such as skin rejuvenation, laser hair removal, or photofacials, strictly adhering to medical protocols and safety standards.

Retail & Home-Care Education:

Educate clients on proper medical-grade home skincare regimens to maximize their in-office results and drive retail sales.

Meticulous Documentation:

Maintain precise, compliant, and detailed digital charting for all client profiles, skin histories, and treatment progressions.

Client Retention:

Deliver an elevated, high-touch guest experience that fosters trust, long-term retention, and word-of-mouth referrals.

Position Requirements Active License:

Current, unrestricted Esthetician or Cosmetology license in North Carolina.

Proven Experience:

Hands-on experience in a medical spa, day spa, or clinical setting. Laser Experience (Preferred): Prior experience or formal certification with aesthetic laser devices is highly preferred. Existing Clientele (Highly Preferred): Strong preference will be given to candidates who already possess an established local clientele base or a strong personal brand in the Fayetteville area.

Charting Proficiency:

High attention to detail with standard clinical charting and digital photography.
