Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner InjectorOverview Syringe & Sass Aesthetics is seeking a talented and passionate Nurse Practitioner Injector to join our growing team. We are looking for a provider who combines clinical excellence with an artistic eye, delivering natural-looking results while helping clients feel confident, empowered, and beautiful. As an Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner, you will perform advanced aesthetic treatments, develop customized treatment plans, and build lasting relationships with clients through education, trust, and exceptional outcomes. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive consultations and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's goals. Perform aesthetic treatments including neurotoxins, dermal fillers, biostimulators, IV therapy, RF microneedling, laser hair removal, and advanced skin rejuvenation procedures. Educate clients on treatment options, expected outcomes, post-treatment care, and long-term aesthetic maintenance. Maintain accurate and compliant patient records utilizing EMR and aesthetic practice management software. Ensure the highest standards of patient safety, sanitation, and clinical excellence. Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional patient care and follow-up. Participate in practice marketing efforts, including social media content, before-and-after photography, and community engagement when appropriate. Stay current with industry trends, products, and techniques through ongoing education and advanced training. Qualifications Active Nurse Practitioner license in North Carolina. Previous experience in aesthetic medicine, medical aesthetics, dermatology, plastic surgery, or a medical spa setting preferred. Experience with cosmetic injectables and facial assessment. Strong understanding of facial anatomy and aesthetic treatment planning. Excellent communication and consultation skills. Experience with Aesthetic Record, Jane, Boulevard, Vagaro, or similar practice management software preferred.
