• Full-time Bergstrom Aesthetics is growing, and we are looking for a passionate, personable, and motivated Full-Time Lead Esthetician to join our team.

At Bergstrom Aesthetics, we specialize in advanced aesthetic and laser treatments designed to help clients feel confident, refreshed, and cared for through customized, elevated experiences. Under the direction of Jennifer Ackerson, NP, our team combines medical expertise with a welcoming, relationship-focused approach to aesthetics. We are looking for someone excited to grow within the aesthetics industry, build strong client relationships, continue learning advanced treatments, and become part of a collaborative and supportive team environment.

Position Details Full-Time Position Benefits Included Monday-Thursday:

8:00 AM-4:30

PM Friday:

8:00 AM-3:00 PM Opportunities for continued education and advanced training Responsibilities Perform a wide range of esthetic and skincare treatments with professionalism and care Provide exceptional client experiences, consultations, and treatment recommendations Educate clients on skincare routines, treatments, and products Build long-term client relationships and support client retention Maintain treatment rooms, sanitation standards, and clinic organization Maintain accurate and detailed patient records including before and after photos Manage inventory and ordering of products and supplies Manage social media visibility for clinic and personal brand growth Collaborate with the Bergstrom Aesthetics team on promotions, events, and growth initiatives Assist with scheduling, client communication, and overall client flow Help create a welcoming, elevated, and positive environment for both clients and team members Stay organized, adaptable, and proactive in a fast-paced environment Ideal Candidate Licensed Esthetician in North Dakota (or ability to obtain licensure) Meets North Dakota licensing and training requirements necessary to perform advanced esthetic treatments Previous experience with advanced esthetic treatments such as chemical peels, dermaplaning, and corrective skincare preferred Passion for aesthetics, skincare, beauty, and wellness Strong communication and interpersonal skills Positive attitude with the ability to multitask and work collaboratively Motivated to learn and grow within advanced aesthetics Comfortable educating clients and recommending treatments/products Community-minded and relationship-focused Previous experience managing administrative and operational tasks preferred Experience or interest in the following is a plus: Laser Treatments Chemical peels Dermaplaning Facial Advanced skincare treatments Brows and microblading Cosmetic tattooing and eyeliner tattooing Medical aesthetics Social media and client relationship building Additional advanced training opportunities may be available for the right candidate.
