Compensation The listed hourly rate reflects post-probationary pay. All new team members begin with a 90-day probationary period, after which a performance review is conducted. Qualified employees advance to the standard pay rate based on performance, skill, and overall contribution. Average hourly earnings, including tips, typically range from $55-$70 per hour .
