Position Summary ELE'VI Skin and Medical Aesthetics is seeking a passionate, skilled, and patient-focused Licensed Esthetician to join our growing team. The Esthetician serves as a key member of the team by providing professional skincare treatments, patient education, treatment planning support, and exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong clinical and aesthetic knowledge, professionalism, attention to detail, and a commitment to helping patients achieve their skincare and wellness goals.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Include:
Patient Care and Treatments Perform professional skincare services including facials, chemical peels, dermaplaning, Hydrafacial treatments, and other esthetic services within scope of practice. Conduct comprehensive skin assessments and consultations. Develop individualized treatment recommendations based on patient goals and skin conditions. Educate patients regarding skincare routines, treatment options, and post-treatment care. Maintain detailed treatment records and documentation within the electronic health record (EHR) and practice management systems. Monitor patient progress and recommend ongoing treatment plans as appropriate. Assist providers with aesthetic procedures and patient preparation as needed. Patient Education and Product Recommendations Educate patients on medical-grade skincare products and treatment plans. Recommend skincare plans that support treatment outcomes and long-term skin health. Assist patients in understanding treatment expectations, benefits, risks, and maintenance requirements. Promote patient adherence to treatment plans and follow-up recommendations. Recommend retail products that align with patient goals and treatment plans. Clinical Operations Prepare and maintain treatment rooms, equipment, and supplies. Ensure proper sanitation, sterilization, and infection control procedures are followed. Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs. Support compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and clinic policies. Assist with implementation of clinical protocols and service offerings. Collaborate with providers, nurses, and administrative staff to ensure efficient clinic operations. Patient Experience and Practice Growth Deliver exceptional customer service and patient-centered care. Build positive, long-term relationships with patients. Promote a welcoming, professional, and luxury patient experience. Assist with patient retention initiatives and membership programs. Support practice marketing efforts, patient education events, and community outreach activities. Participate in social media content creation, educational materials, and practice promotions as appropriate. Help grow the practice through patient referrals, retention, and relationship-building. Contribute to a positive team culture and represent the ELE'VI brand professionally. Qualifications Required Honesty and Excellence with Relational Talents Positive Attitude Current Esthetician License in the State of Nebraska. Current CPR certification or ability to obtain upon hire. Strong knowledge of skincare principles and esthetic treatments. Excellent communication and patient education skills. Professional appearance and demeanor. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced aesthetic practice environment. Dependable, self-motivated, and team-oriented attitude. Preferred One or more years of experience in a medical spa, dermatology, plastic surgery, cosmetic, or aesthetic practice. Experience performing chemical peels, dermaplaning, Hydrafacial treatments, and advanced skincare services. Experience with medical-grade skincare products and retail sales. Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems. Knowledge of aesthetic procedures including injectables, laser treatments, body contouring, hormone optimization, IV hydration, and weight management services. Experience assisting with patient consultations and treatment planning. Social media, marketing, and patient education experience. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a loyal client following, exceptional service, patient education, and relationship-building. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Strong understanding of skincare treatments and aesthetic services. Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities. Ability to build rapport and trust with patients. Detail-oriented approach to documentation, treatment planning, and follow-up. Comfortable working in a small practice environment where flexibility and teamwork are valued. Willingness to learn new treatments, technologies, and service offerings. Passion for aesthetics, wellness, and helping patients feel confident in their appearance. Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods. Ability to perform treatments requiring manual dexterity and attention to detail. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds. Ability to safely operate esthetic equipment and treatment devices. Ability to maintain visual acuity necessary for skincare assessments and treatments.
