Roots Head Spa & Wellness Lounge is a brand new boutique wellness suite located in the heart of Manchester, NH. We seek a specialist in non-invasive beauty and scalp-health treatments, offering vitamin-infused scalp services, deep shampoo rituals, restorative nourishment protocols, and relaxation-chair experiences in a quiet, private suite setting. We see one client at a time and are committed to delivering exceptional, personalized service in a serene luxury environment with a modern and beautifully designed suite. What You'll Do Perform scalp-focused wellness services including: Vitamin-infused scalp treatments Deep shampoo & scalp cleansing rituals Scalp massage protocols Relaxation-chair / non-invasive wellness enhancements Provide a calm, welcoming, professional experience for every guest. Maintain a clean, organized suite environment aligned with our luxury brand. Build and manage your own client book over time. Educate clients on at-home scalp health and product recommendations. Uphold privacy and professionalism with one-client-at-a-time service flow. What We're Looking For NH-licensed cosmetologist - minimum 3 years experience under the NH Board of Barbering, Cosmetology & Esthetics. Highly reliable, dependable , and consistently punctual. A self-starter with the ability to build and retain, and grow a strong client base. Personable, warm, and professional in all guest interactions. Organized, clean, and detail-oriented. Comfortable working independently in a private suite environment. Passionate about scalp health, beauty, relaxation, and client wellness.
