Responsibilities Provide professional skincare treatments including facials, microdermabrasion, hydrafacial and more to meet individual client needs. Perform facial and body waxing with precision and care. Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and maintenance tips to promote long-term results. Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by adhering to infection control protocols and proper sanitation practices for all tools and equipment. Manage client records accurately using Vagaro system while ensuring confidentiality of medical information. Assist in retail sales by recommending suitable skincare products that align with clients' goals and preferences. Stay updated on the latest esthetic techniques, industry trends, and safety regulations to continually enhance your skills. Qualifications Valid NJ licensure as a Licensed Esthetician with certification in cosmetology or esthetician practices. Demonstrated experience in performing a variety of skincare treatments Strong knowledge of sanitation procedures, infection control standards, and safety protocols. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build lasting client relationships. Experience using Vagaro for recordkeeping and appointment management.
