- 56 (includes gratuity) ✔Advanced services: Up to $66 for 60-70 min treatments ✔Steady schedule with loyal guests & members ✔W-2 position
- We handle marketing and supplies so you can focus on treatments Transparent Pay Structure
- based on experience Service Length Pay (incl. gratuity) Signature Facial 50 min $52
- 56 Advanced Facials/Exfoliation 40-60 min $57
- 61 Upgraded Treatments 70 min $62
- 66 ✔ Most guests choose advanced/upgraded treatments ✔ Average specialist gratuity: ~$20 included ✔ Experienced estheticians at 30 hrs/week (80% scheduled) earn$70K
- 75K+ annually ✔ Extra pay from enhancements, retail sales & bonuses Schedule & Benefits
- Full-time or part-time
- Weekend/evening availability preferred
- 10-minute turnover between services
- Typical shift 5-6 hours: equivalent to four or five 60 minute facials Shifts needed are as follows:
- Sundays 2pm-7pm Some Mondays 2pm-8pm Some Tuesdays 9am-2pm
- Thursdays 2pm-8pm
- Fridays 3pm-8pm
- Saturdays 2pm-7pm
