• We are seeking an experienced Aesthetician to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for skincare and beauty treatments, providing exceptional customer service, and staying updated on the latest industry trends. When you have an authentic passion for health & beauty, it shows! An ideal teammate would be someone with formal training and experince that loves this industry. Customer service and strong product knowledge is top priority. We require some night (5-7pm) and weekend availability (1-2x per month).

• Duties:

• Perform a variety of facial and body treatments including Hydrafacials, chemical peels, microneedling, laser hair removal and CoolSculpting.
• Conduct consultations to determine clients' skincare needs and recommend appropriate treatments
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in treatment rooms and equipment
• Educate clients on skincare routines and products
• Assist with retail sales of skincare products
• Ensure patient safety and comfort and smooth flow of patient care
• Assist with scheduling of patients' treatments
• Maintain supplies and equipment for treatments, including equipment sterilization
• Attend team meetings, promotional events, and seminars
• Ensure the safety of clients at all times when performing treatments
• Professional appearance reflecting the Industry
• Accurate charting and clinical documentation of each client

• Requirements:

• 2+ years experience. Medical Spa, Physician Office, Dermatology or Plastic Surgeon industry experience is required.
• Valid Aesthetician license for New Jersey (no exceptions)
• Proficiency in a wide range of skincare treatments including facials, chemical peels, and laser hair removal
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients
• Knowledge of cosmetology practices and techniques
• Previous experience in front desk or hospitality roles is a plus This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you can showcase your skills while helping clients look and feel their best.
