Part-Time | 2-4 Days Per Week + 1 Saturday Per Month The Aesthetic Bar is seeking a passionate, client-focused, and highly skilled Licensed Aesthetician to join our growing team in Red Bank, NJ. We are looking for a true "rockstar" professional who is dedicated to delivering exceptional client experiences, building lasting relationships, and helping clients achieve their skincare goals. What You'll Do Perform professional skincare treatments and aesthetic services. Conduct thorough consultations and recommend customized treatment plans. Educate clients on skincare routines, products, and treatment options. Promote and sell retail skincare products that support client results. Maintain accurate treatment notes and client records. Ensure treatment rooms and equipment are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and professionalism. Create a welcoming, luxury-level client experience that encourages retention and referrals. What We're Looking For Active New Jersey Aesthetician or Cosmetology License. Previous experience in a med spa, aesthetic practice, or luxury salon environment preferred. Strong knowledge of skincare products, treatments, and industry trends. Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills. Sales-minded professional with confidence recommending services and retail products. Reliable, professional, and team-oriented. Passion for aesthetics, wellness, and helping clients look and feel their best. Compensation $24 per hour 10% commission on services 10% commission on retail sales Schedule 2-4 days per week One Saturday per month required If you're passionate about aesthetics, love creating incredible client experiences, and want to grow with a thriving business, we'd love to hear from you.
