Skills Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and skilled Medical Aesthetician to join our Orthodontic Alignment and Facial Aesthetics team. In this role, you will deliver expert aesthetic treatments, as well as having an introduction to basic orthodontic alignment procedures. The job may consist of providing personalized skincare and dental smile consultations educating clients' knowledge of the benefits of our professional services . Responsibilities Perform advanced aesthetic treatments including esthetic laser therapy, apply radiofrequency, and electrostimulation to skin and muscles with precision and care. Conduct thorough client consultations to recommend suitable skincare routines and treatment plans based on individual needs. Deliver exceptional customer service by creating a friendly, professional atmosphere that encourages client loyalty. Assist with product demonstrations, retail sales, and makeup application to educate clients on skincare solutions. Maintain strict sanitation standards to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for clients and staff. Assist the doctor with ablative laser and botox procedures Support the team with product demos and promote retail products that complement treatment plans. Skills Prior experience in skin laser treatments, applying radiofrequency and electrostimulation techniques is very helpful. Familiarity with skin injectables like Botox and Restylane fillers. Dental scanning and orthodontic aligner dispensing Strong communication skills to effectively educate clients and recommend appropriate treatments. Knowledge of sanitation protocols and maintaining a clean treatment area at all times. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor. Ability to promote retail sales through product demos and personalized recommendations. Familiarity with cosmetology practices and staying current with industry trends in medical aesthetics.
