Duties Deliver engaging lessons on massage techniques such as trigger point therapy, deep tissue massage, and body waxing with clarity and enthusiasm Develop detailed lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and industry best practices Provide hands-on training in esthetic treatments including facials, eyelash extensions, dermabrasion, and laser treatments Assess student progress through practical demonstrations, written exams, and ongoing feedback Maintain a safe and supportive classroom environment that encourages active participation and learning Stay current with industry trends and incorporate new techniques like hair extensions, hair coloring, and nail care into your teaching modules Support students in developing professional skills necessary for certification and employment success Requirements Proven experience in massage therapy with expertise in deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and other advanced techniques Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology relevant to massage therapy and esthetic treatments Prior classroom or adult education experience demonstrating effective lesson planning and student engagement skills Certification or licensure in massage therapy or cosmetology as required by local regulations Familiarity with a broad range of aesthetic treatments including facials, makeup application, hair styling, barbering, eyelash extensions, dermabrasion, laser treatments, nail care, and body waxing Excellent communication skills with the ability to teach complex concepts clearly and confidently Passion for mentoring students and fostering their professional growth Join us as a Massage Therapy Instructor to empower future wellness professionals through energetic teaching and expert guidance.
