In this role, you will deliver exceptional skincare treatments and personalized beauty services that enhance our clients' confidence and well-being. Your expertise in esthetic procedures, combined with your dedication to customer satisfaction, will create a welcoming environment where clients feel valued and cared for. Responsibilities Perform a wide range of esthetic services including body waxing, eyelash extensions, dermabrasion, and esthetic laser treatments with precision and care. Provide expert skincare consultations, recommending suitable treatments and home care routines based on clients' skin types and concerns. Maintain strict sanitation and infection control standards to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff. Manage client records accurately using electronic medical record (EMR) systems, documenting treatments, progress notes, and medical history. Educate clients on skincare products, makeup application techniques, color theory, and overall beauty tips to enhance their experience. Uphold high standards of hygiene and sanitation in all procedures, adhering to state licensing regulations and industry best practices. Support sales efforts by recommending appropriate products and services to meet client needs while fostering long-term relationships. Experience Valid state licensure as a Certified Esthetician or Cosmetologist with active licensing credentials. Proven experience performing esthetic treatments such as body waxing, eyelash extensions, dermabrasion, and laser therapy. Knowledge of sanitation protocols, infection control practices, and safety procedures within a spa or salon setting. Familiarity with EMR systems for accurate record keeping and appointment management. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and build rapport with diverse clients.
