Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and skilled Licensed Esthetician to join our dynamic skincare and beauty team. In this role, you will deliver exceptional skincare treatments and beauty services that enhance clients' confidence and well-being. Duties Perform a variety of esthetic treatments including facials, body waxing, eyelash extensions, dermabrasion, and esthetic laser treatments with precision and professionalism Provide expert advice on skincare routines, product recommendations, and personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs Maintain strict sanitation and infection control standards to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff Utilize EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems to accurately document client information, treatment details, and medical records Conduct skin analysis using color theory principles to recommend appropriate treatments and products Assist clients with makeup application and hair threading services to enhance their natural beauty Promote retail sales of skincare products and treatments to support clients' ongoing skincare goals Skills Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients in a friendly, professional manner Strong knowledge of sanitation protocols, infection control practices, and cosmetology standards Proficiency in advanced esthetic techniques such as tattooing, medical record management, and esthetic laser treatments Familiarity with EMR systems for efficient record keeping and appointment scheduling Knowledge of color theory to assess skin tones and recommend suitable treatments or makeup options Experience with body waxing, eyelash extensions, dermabrasion, hair threading, and makeup application Ability to educate clients on skincare routines while demonstrating excellent sales skills to promote products and services Join us in delivering top-tier skincare experiences that leave clients feeling radiant!
