- Perform professional facial treatments and skincare services
- Build positive client relationships by delivering exceptional customer service, follow-up care and positive treatment experience
- Follow up with clients to monitor their treatment progress and provide appropriate aftercare support
- Maintain treatment rooms, equipment, and work areas in accordance with hygiene and safety standards 💡
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum of 1-year relevant experience in the professional aesthetics, skin care or beauty industry
- Certification in aesthetics, skincare, beauty therapy, or a related field is an advantage
- Well-groomed with a professional appearance
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused mindset
- Keen interest in skincare, aesthetic treatments, and the science behind products, procedures, and equipment
- A positive team player with a proactive attitude
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin is preferred to effectively communicate with a diverse customer base
- Able to work retail hours 🎁
