Responsibilities Perform injectable treatments including botulinum toxin, dermal fillers, and other facial procedures with precision and care. Consult with clients to understand their aesthetic goals and recommend appropriate treatments. Maintain thorough knowledge of current cosmetic techniques, products, and industry trends to ensure top-quality service. Ensure all treatments adhere to safety protocols, sanitation standards, and regulatory guidelines. Manage client appointments efficiently using salon or med spa management software such as Millennium or

MINDBODY.

Educate clients on post-treatment care, product options, and available services to enhance their experience. Support retail sales by upselling skincare products, treatment packages, and complementary services. Assist with social media management by sharing before-and-after photos, promotions, and client testimonials to promote the practice's brand online. Maintain a clean, organized treatment area that aligns with sanitation standards for health and safety. Provide excellent guest services by creating a welcoming environment and addressing client questions or concerns promptly.
