As a vital member of our beauty and wellness center, you will deliver exceptional skincare treatments and personalized services that enhance our clients' natural beauty and confidence. Duties Perform a variety of skincare treatments including facials, dermabrasion, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and eyelash extensions with precision and care. Administer esthetic laser treatments safely and effectively to address clients' specific skin concerns. Conduct body waxing services while maintaining the highest standards of sanitation and client comfort. Provide expert product demonstrations and recommend retail skincare products tailored to individual needs. Deliver additional beauty services such as makeup application, nail care, and deep tissue massage to enhance overall client satisfaction. Maintain a clean, sanitized treatment area following all health regulations and safety protocols. Communicate clearly with clients to understand their goals, answer questions, and ensure a positive experience during every visit. Qualifications Valid cosmetology or esthetician license as required by state law. Proven experience in skincare treatments including facials, dermabrasion, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and eyelash extensions. Knowledge of esthetic laser treatments and other advanced skin care techniques. Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with diverse clients. Experience in retail sales of skincare products and product demos is preferred. Ability to perform body waxing, nail care, makeup application, and deep tissue massage is a plus.
