You must be able to work at least one weekend day. Ideal availability would be Friday through Monday. Summary As an Esthetician at Haven, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality skincare treatments and services that meet the needs of our diverse clientele. Your expertise will play a vital role in promoting client satisfaction and loyalty while contributing to the spa's reputation for excellence. Salary is negotiable and based on experience. Most clients also leave gratuity. Please note that the salary range provided is based on an hourly wage plus commission. Responsibilities Perform a variety of esthetic treatments, including facials, body treatments, and waxing. Consult with clients to assess their skincare needs and recommend appropriate services. Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment in accordance with health regulations. Upsell additional treatments and products to enhance client experience and satisfaction. Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in esthetics to provide cutting-edge services. Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat visits and referrals. Document client information and treatment plans accurately for follow-up care. Qualifications Valid esthetician license in New York State. Proven experience in providing esthetic treatments. Strong upselling skills with a focus on enhancing client experience. Excellent sanitation practices to ensure a safe environment for clients. Ability to communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs. Sales experience is a plus but not mandatory.
