Responsibilities Perform professional nail services including manicures, gel nails, and nail art with precision and creativity. Upsell retail products such as skincare items, nail care products, and beauty accessories to enhance client results and satisfaction. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences, recommend suitable treatments, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. Requirements Valid cosmetology or esthetics license with certification in nail care and esthetic treatments. Proven experience in performing manicures, waxing, and other esthetic procedures. Strong knowledge of color theory, skin health, sanitation practices, and current beauty trends. Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with clients and understand their individual needs. Ability to perform multiple services efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards. Basic retail math skills for upselling products effectively.
