Duties Perform a variety of skincare treatments including facials, dermabrasion, and esthetic laser treatments to address individual client needs. Provide body waxing, eyelash extensions, makeup application, and nail care services with precision and professionalism. Conduct product demos and recommend skincare products tailored to each client's skin type and concerns. Deliver deep tissue massages and other relaxation therapies to enhance client satisfaction and well-being. Maintain strict sanitation standards by properly sterilizing equipment and ensuring a clean treatment environment at all times. Educate clients on skincare routines, product benefits, and aftercare instructions to foster ongoing relationships. Assist with retail sales by promoting products that complement treatments and meet client needs, contributing to overall revenue growth. Qualifications Valid cosmetology or esthetician license as required by state regulations. Proven experience with esthetic laser treatments, dermabrasion, body waxing, eyelash extensions, and makeup application. Strong communication skills to effectively educate clients and recommend suitable services. Knowledge of sanitation protocols to ensure a safe treatment environment for clients and staff. Ability to perform multiple treatments efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards. Experience with retail sales techniques to enhance client satisfaction and support business goals.
