Duties Perform a wide range of skincare treatments including facials, dermabrasion, dermal fillers, botulinum toxin treatments, eyelash extensions, body waxing, and esthetic laser treatments. Provide professional makeup application and hair threading services to meet clients' aesthetic goals. Utilize salon management software such as

MINDBODY

to schedule appointments, update client records, and process retail sales efficiently. Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and post-treatment care to ensure optimal results. Maintain strict sanitation and hygiene standards in accordance with health regulations to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff. Assist with retail sales of skincare products and beauty tools to enhance client satisfaction and business growth. Stay current with industry trends, new techniques, and advancements in esthetic treatments to continually elevate service quality. Experience Proven experience as an Esthetician or in a similar skincare or beauty role is preferred. Certification in cosmetology or esthetics from an accredited program is required; additional certifications such as laser treatment or dermal fillers are a plus. Familiarity with salon software systems like

MINDBODY

for appointment booking and client management. Knowledge of advanced treatments including botulinum toxin injections, dermabrasion, dermal fillers, eyelash extensions, body waxing, and laser procedures. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build lasting client relationships. Experience with retail sales strategies to promote skincare products confidently.
