In this role, you will deliver exceptional skincare treatments, personalized consultations, and a variety of beauty services that enhance our clients' confidence and well-being. Your expertise in esthetic procedures, customer service, and retail sales will create a welcoming environment where clients feel valued and cared for. Responsibilities Perform a wide range of skincare treatments including facials, dermabrasion, dermal fillers, botulinum toxin treatments, eyelash extensions, body waxing, hair threading, and makeup application. Conduct esthetic laser treatments safely and effectively, ensuring client comfort and optimal results. Provide personalized consultations to assess skin conditions and recommend suitable treatments or retail products. Maintain thorough knowledge of salon software systems such as

MINDBODY

to schedule appointments, process transactions, and manage client records efficiently. Promote retail sales by educating clients on skincare products and enhancing their overall experience with tailored recommendations. Uphold strict sanitation standards to ensure a safe, hygienic environment for clients and staff at all times. Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing client needs promptly, answering questions clearly, and creating a positive salon atmosphere. Experience Valid cosmetology or esthetician license as required by state regulations. Proven experience in performing facials, body waxing, dermabrasion, eyelash extensions, dermal fillers, botulinum toxin treatments, and other esthetic procedures. Familiarity with esthetic laser treatment technology is highly desirable. Experience with salon management software such as MINDBODY or similar platforms for scheduling and client management. Strong knowledge of skin care products, retail sales techniques, and current beauty trends. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build lasting client relationships.
