Spavia Day Spa is seeking Estheticians to join our team at our Rookwood Exchange location. Spavia Day Spa provides a team environment with skin care professionals, massage therapists and guest advisors that thrive on delivering an exceptional experience to each and every guest. Our team relies on individuals that are reliable, passionate and goal-driven. Our estheticians must be ethical and demonstrate strong communication skills. Spavia Day Spa strives to provide an exceptional experience for our guests to enjoy both the therapeutic touch and overall personal wellness along with result-driven treatments. We are hiring estheticians that are dedicated, enthusiastic, and driven to provide high quality services. Full time and part time positions are available. The atmosphere at Spavia Day Spa is well suited for your personal growth and development. When retreating to Spavia Day Spa, guests enjoy luxurious spa amenities like robes, spa sandals, warm neck wraps and hot teas. We have separate changing areas and retreat rooms for our guests to fully enjoy a relaxing environment before being whisked away for their result-driven treatment. Spavia Day Spa estheticians administer award winning spa treatments, including our signature facial, age-defense facial, acne facial, hydraderm, waxing, eyelash extensions, mineral makeup, hydrating body scrubs, and result-driven body wraps. Spavia Day Spa is committed to your well-being and happiness. You will be provided with a consistent schedule that allows for high volumes and an opportunity to maximize your earning potential. We recognize your contribution to our team by keeping you busy with our aggressive marketing, toxic-free working environment with other like-minded professionals and compensation that is incomparable to other day spas or clinics. We offer a 401K that includes a 4% match and a discretionary profit sharing plan that has averaged 5% of compensation Working as an esthetician at Spavia Day Spa @ Rookwood, you must be actively licensed within the state of Ohio. You must advocate a drug & alcohol-free work place. Combined education and experience is desired, however, we are willing to work with new graduates yearning to continue their education and training. You must be comfortable in discussing skincare ingredients and educating your guests in the proper home regimen through product sales.
