Licensed Esthetician

Hand and Stone Massage and Med Spa in Kenwood is seeking an experienced Licensed Esthetician who is looking for a long-term role in a stable and positive environment. Hand & Stone provides high-quality, result-driven facial treatments delivered in a supportive environment. Our menu has expanded to include the latest advancements in skin care including LED Skin Phototherapy, NuFACE microcurrent, DiamondGlow, Nano-infusion, Ultrasonic as well as microdermabrasion and chemical peels. We partner with best-in-class brands including Image Skincare, Dermalogica and ClarityRx. Our esthetician's work hand-in-hand with our Nurse Practitioner to offer clients best in class aesthetics and injectables to achieve optimal results. Best of all, Hand & Stone offers unmatched training provided from our Skincare partners so you can continue to grow in your skills and knowledge.

Job Responsibilities:

Provide excellent service to members and guests by performing top-level services Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans based on the client's skincare goals Participate in hands-on training as well as workshops and webinars Achieve sales goals as outlined by spa management Create excellent experience for members/guests through friendly and helpful attitude Generate new clientele through promoting member referrals and memberships Help maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas Refer clients to our med spa when appropriate

Job Requirements:

Strong retail and in-room upgrade record One year esthetics/facial experience Carry liability insurance Active Esthetics License in the State of Ohio We can't wait to work with you!
