to maximize client flow. Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by adhering to strict sanitation protocols for all tools and treatment areas. Upsell products and services through engaging product demos and personalized recommendations to enhance client satisfaction. Handle front desk duties including greeting guests, managing check-in/check-out processes, and ensuring a seamless guest experience. Utilize social media management skills to promote services, share before-and-after photos, and engage with clients online to build community loyalty. Stay current on industry trends such as hair extensions, tattooing, hair threading, makeup application, and med spa treatments to provide innovative solutions. Support retail sales efforts by educating clients on product benefits and offering tailored recommendations aligned with their skincare routines. Skills Proven experience as an Esthetician with knowledge of cosmetology practices and esthetic laser treatments. Strong management skills for scheduling, client relations, and retail sales strategies. Familiarity with salon software platforms like square or

for appointment management. Excellent communication skills to educate clients effectively and foster a welcoming environment. Ability to perform specialized treatments such as botulinum toxin injections, dermal fillers, deep tissue massage, body waxing, hair styling, nail care, hair threading, straight razor shaves, and scalp treatments. Knowledge of sanitation protocols to ensure safety standards are consistently met. Experience in social media management for marketing promotions and client engagement. Demonstrated customer service excellence with a friendly attitude that enhances guest experiences. Ability to upsell products and services confidently while maintaining professionalism.
