dba The Joy of Grooming (The JOG) Position Summary The Licensed Esthetician provides professional facials, facial waxing and body waxing services to service members, civilians, and visitors at the Columbus Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) installation. This role requires precision, professionalism, and strict adherence to Ohio Board of Cosmetology and Barber Board regulations . Key Responsibilities Perform facials, facial waxing, and body waxing services. Conduct skin analyses and recommend appropriate treatments and products. Maintain treatment rooms, tools, and equipment in accordance with Ohio sanitation regulations. Deliver exceptional customer service to military personnel, civilians, contractors, and visitors. Maintain accurate client records and service documentation. Promote retail skincare products and support business growth. Comply with all DLA security requirements and company policies. Qualifications Current Ohio Esthetician License in good standing. Experience performing facials and waxing services preferred. Knowledge of sanitation, infection control, and Ohio Board regulations. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to obtain and maintain access to a federal installation. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Preferred:

Retail sales experience, CPR/First Aid certification, and experience in a spa, salon, or wellness environment.
