Responsibilities:

Provide hands on services in line with The Tox technique training and protocols. Communicate with clients, educate them on services, and provide recommendations on how to achieve optimal results. Educate clients on products and services that complement the treatment provided at The Tox. Establish long-term relationships with clients, following up to answer questions. Communicate frequently with fellow team members to promote a seamless client experience and strong team identity. Communicate frequently with the manager to address questions and concerns. Ensure all required inventory items are in stock. Maintain a sanitary work environment, adhering to all OSHA standards. Promote health and provide after-service care directions. Review client medical and treatment history prior to beginning treatment. Complete thorough photo documentation by taking before and after service photos. Complete all written documentation before and after service. Maintain client privacy and a high degree of confidentiality.
