Med Spa Esthetician

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Med Spa Esthetician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for skincare, beauty, and wellness, with comprehensive experience in providing advanced esthetic treatments within a medical spa environment. As a Med Spa Esthetician, you will deliver personalized skincare services, educate clients on treatment options, and contribute to creating an inviting and professional atmosphere that promotes client satisfaction and retention. Responsibilities Perform a variety of laser treatments including hair removal, pigmentation removal, vascular treatments, skin rejuvenation, rosacea treatments, and dry eye treatments. Provide expert consultations to assess client needs and recommend appropriate skincare solutions and treatments. Maintain strict sanitation and safety standards in compliance with health regulations to ensure client safety. Educate clients on skincare routines, product usage, and post-treatment care to enhance results and promote ongoing wellness. Assist with retail sales by demonstrating products and conducting product demos to increase client engagement. Support front desk operations including guest services, appointment bookings, and social media management to promote the spa's offerings. Collaborate with management to develop promotional campaigns and enhance the spa's online presence through social media channels. Uphold high standards of customer service by fostering a welcoming environment that encourages repeat visits and positive reviews. Requirements Valid cosmetology or esthetician license with experience in medical spa treatments preferred. Proven expertise in IPL laser treatments. Strong knowledge of sanitation protocols and safety procedures within a clinical setting. Excellent communication skills to effectively educate clients and collaborate with team members. Experience in retail sales, upselling techniques, and social media management to promote services and products. 1-2 years experience is preferred. Prior experience working in a med spa environment is highly desirable; hospitality skills are a plus.
