Dermamode Spa is the hiring employer. Nestea Recruiting assists with applicant communication, initial screening coordination, interview steps, and related recruitment support on behalf of Dermamode Spa. This position is an in-person skincare service role in an aesthetic spa environment. The work includes facial treatments, basic skin care services, client guidance, treatment room setup, sanitation practices, appointment documentation, and aftercare instructions. Position Purpose The Facial Care Specialist provides approved esthetic services while maintaining a clean, calm, and professional client experience. This role supports clients through service preparation, facial care, skin care education, aftercare explanation, and accurate service notes. The position is best suited for a licensed esthetician who is dependable, detail-focused, comfortable following protocols, and committed to maintaining consistent treatment standards. Facial and Skin Care Services Services may include personalized facial services, moisture-focused facials, brightening facial treatments, cryo facial services, dermaplaning, extractions, LED light therapy, facial masks, light surface-level skin treatments, skin maintenance services, and client education on skin care routines and product use. All services are performed only within the esthetician's active license, completed training, Dermamode Spa procedures, and Oklahoma requirements. Medical treatments, injections, and skin-penetrating services are not included in this position and are performed by properly licensed medical personnel when applicable. Main Duties Set up treatment areas before client appointments Perform approved facial and skin care services following spa procedures Discuss client skin care goals, concerns, and service expectations Explain services, basic preparation, aftercare, and home care guidance in a professional way Complete basic screening for service concerns and refer questions when needed Follow cleaning, safety, consent, charting, and room-reset procedures Keep treatment rooms clean, stocked, and ready for appointments Enter service notes accurately after treatments Provide product and routine guidance based on employer standards Capture before-and-after photos when required by spa procedure Communicate professionally with clients and team members Stay familiar with products, service steps, contraindications, and aftercare instructions Minimum Qualifications Active Esthetician License in Oklahoma, in good standing Experience providing facials and non-invasive skin care services Understanding of skin types, common skin concerns, contraindications, products, and aftercare Ability to follow written service steps and complete accurate notes Professional communication skills and a client-service mindset Dependable attendance and ability to work on site in Del City, Oklahoma Strong focus on cleanliness, client comfort, and consistent service delivery Helpful Experience Background in an aesthetic spa, medical spa, dermatology office, skin care clinic, or luxury spa Experience with dermaplaning, LED therapy, cryo facials, light skin care services, or professional-grade skin care products Comfortable educating clients about skin care routines, timing between services, and product use Workplace Setting This role is performed on site in an aesthetic spa setting. The Licensed Esthetician works directly with clients and follows Dermamode Spa standards for cleanliness, privacy, communication, documentation, preparation, and safety. The role may include standing during parts of the shift, setting up rooms, cleaning and resetting treatment areas, organizing supplies, and using approved skin care tools and devices.
