Job Description

Awe Spa is looking for a powerhouse Esthetician to join our growing team! This is a commission-only position designed for someone who is super motivated, confident in their skills, passionate about aesthetics, and ready to grow their income in a high-end medical spa environment. We strongly prefer candidates who already have an established clientele or active book of business.
Compensation:
40% commission on all facial services 10% commission on retail product sales Paid every two weeks 1099

Ideal Candidate:
Licensed Esthetician in Oklahoma Professional, dependable, and self-motivated Strong customer service and client retention skills Comfortable promoting skincare products and treatment plans Social media and marketing involvement is a plus This position is not hourly pay and is best suited for someone who is driven, entrepreneurial, and excited to build long-term relationships with clients while growing their income potential.
Pay:
$30.00 - $40.00 per hour
